New Opportunity Educational Center (NOEC) is a 6-9th grade public school in Miami Dade County striving to create and maintain a positive learning environment where all students can be successful mentally, academically, socially, and physically.

We do this by providing alternative educational opportunities to recalibrate our students. Our mission is to establish a culture to inspire all students to persevere and achieve lifelong success.
